Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. water
    2 egg whites
    1 c. pecan pieces
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir sugar, corn syrup and water over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Cook, without stirring, to 268\u00b0 on candy thermometer or to hard-ball stage.
