Breaded Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. corn oil or butter
1 c. sifted flour
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Blend oil and flour.
Add milk and egg.
Beat with rotary beater until smooth.
Batter will be thin.
Dry food thoroughly, then coat generously with unseasoned flour.
Dip into batter, letting excess drip off.
Fry in oil at 375\u00b0 in skillet or heavy skillet.
Oil one-inch deep, but pan not more than 1/3 full.
Fry golden brown.
Drain.
