Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. dark raisins
Preparation

Heat milk until hot.
Add to bread crumbs and butter or oleo in bowl.
Combine sugar, salt and raisins with slightly beaten eggs.
Then slowly add to hot mixture.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Set in pan of hot water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 4.
