Guillott'S Eggplants - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium eggplants
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    water
Preparation
    Peel and cut up eggplants.
    Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cover and cook 15 minutes.
    Add sugar, margarine and cinnamon.
    Stir well.
    Cook slowly 20 minutes more, stirring occasionally, until completely cooked.
