Honey Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. honey
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    3 eggs, beaten
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. soft butter
Preparation
    Heat milk; remove from heat.
    Add all ingredients.
    Mix well. Form into soft ball.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Grease casserole dish. Punch bread down.
    Put into dish.
    Cut X in top.
    Let rise 40 to 50 minutes.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 1 round or 2 loaves.
