Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. onions (optional)
    1 c. sour cream
    10 oz. sharp cheese
    crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender; drain.
    Mix potatoes, soup, onions, sour cream and cheese together.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Top with crushed cornflakes.
    Drizzle melted butter on top of cornflakes.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
