Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole kernel yellow corn
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. milk
    salt to taste
    oil to fry in
Preparation
    Combine egg and milk; stir in flour and salt.
    Stir in corn and make a fairly thin batter.
    Drop by tablespoons and fry 3 or 4 at a time in heavy saucepan until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels and keep fritters warm in 200\u00b0 oven while frying remaining cakes.
    Makes 10 fritters.
