Garlic Potato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    4 cloves garlic (more if a fanatic)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. red vinegar
    3 egg yolks
Preparation
    Skin, boil and mash the potatoes.
    Mix in the garlic (pressed or crushed).
    Add salt.
    Let sit for at least 10 minutes.
    Wire whisk in vegetable oil, vinegar and egg yolks.
    Let sit for several hours in the refrigerator.
    Lasts for a week or so.
