Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large (1/2-inch thick) slices sweet potato, cooked or uncooked
    6 thin slices unpeeled oranges
    6 pork chops
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place potato slices in greased oblong baking dish; top with orange slices, then pork chops.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper; sprinkle brown sugar.
    Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours, uncovering last half hour.
    Serves 6.
