Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. spareribs
    2 medium onions, diced
    1 sweet green pepper, diced
    1 Tbsp. salt
    butter
    flour
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut spareribs in small pieces and roll in flour; brown quickly in butter, heated to sizzling point.
    Place ribs in heavy aluminum pan.
    To make barbecue sauce, mix onions, catsup, green pepper and water.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Pour over spareribs; cover and bake over low heat for 1 hour.
