Cheesy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. sliced celery
    3/4 c. carrots
    3 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. potato
    1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. pimentos
    8 oz. cheese
Preparation
    Cook first 6 ingredients until done.
    Melt margarine; add flour and milk, cooking until thick and bubbly.
    Stir into the rest of the ingredients.
