Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frozen pie shells
    4 large eggs, beaten
    1 small half and half
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. diced onions
    ham or 4 slices bacon
Preparation
    Chop ham or bacon. Put in bottom of pie shell. Mix other ingredients and pour over ham.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Turn to 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Done when golden on top.
    Yields 2 pies.
