Low-Fat Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain cornmeal
    1 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. sugar (may use less)
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. low-fat buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and stir well.
    Best results if beaters used.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
