Cranberry Goodin Puddin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh cranberries
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. melted margarine
2 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation

Grease an
8-inch
pie
plate.
Spread cranberries over bottom.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and nuts.
Beat egg well. Add 1/2 cup
sugar and mix well.
Pour over cranberries.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45
minutes
or until golden brown.
Serve warm or cold with vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip.
