Jack'S Italian Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags cranberries
    2 ripe pears, chopped
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 c. water
Preparation
    In pan; boil water, vinegar, and brown sugar until dissolved and smooth.
    Add everything else and simmer with lazy bubbles for 2 hours or to this jelly like consistency
