Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cauliflower head
    1 large can chicken broth
    3 large potatoes, cubed
    1 pt. half and half
    2 large onions, chopped
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower until tender.
    Cook potatoes and onions together until tender using chicken broth.
    Blend cauliflower, potatoes and onions in blender.
    Mixture should be thick.
    Season with 1 tablespoon white pepper and garlic powder to taste.
    Just before serving, add almost 1 pint of half and half to desired consistency.
    Do not let boil.
    Sprinkle parsley flakes over soup. Serves 6.
