Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    1 large pkg. hash browns
    2 big slices ham (can use bacon)
    fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
    bell peppers, chopped (optional)
    onion on potatoes (optional)
    diced Ortega chilies (optional)
Preparation
    Scramble eggs with a little milk and butter.
    Lightly brown hash browns.
    Cook ham or bacon.
    Use lightly greased pan, 13 x 9-inches.
    Add potatoes, meat, vegetables, eggs and cheese in layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Can refrigerate overnight before baking.
