Pate A Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 medium onion, minced
2 c. cooked and drained small macaroni shells
salt and pepper to taste
3 c. petite peas, warmed and drained
1 c. parsley
Preparation

Heat butter and oil.
Saute onion and garlic until onion is soft.
Add all ingredients.
Warm in oven before serving (about 30 to 45 minutes).
Especially good served with roast beef.
