5 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. beef stew or venison
    1 bag carrots, cut up
    3 stems celery, cut in 2-inch pieces
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 or 2 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 or 2 pkg. water
    3 Tbsp. tapioca or 4 Tbsp. depending on the amount you make
Preparation
    Cover tightly and bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0 or 300\u00b0 or until meat and veggies are tender.
    Serve on mashed potatoes or noodles.
