Tuna Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) can tuna, undrained
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
crushed cornflakes
tartar sauce or sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cornflakes and mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in the crushed cornflakes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Can also be frozen.
To thaw, heat in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Serve with toothpicks and tartar sauce or tuna ball sauce.
