Sweet Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. can sauerkraut, washed and drained
    1 lb. can tomatoes, crushed (including juice)
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 strips bacon, cut in half
Preparation
    Mix sauerkraut, crushed tomatoes and sugar.
    Place in pan. Arrange bacon on top.
    Bake uncovered in 300\u00b0 oven for 2 hours. Cut up bacon; mix in and bake one more hour for a total of 3 hours.
