Maple Walnut Bubble Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 - 4 3/4 c. all purpose flour, divided
1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
2 pkgs. active dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, divided
2 large eggs- lightly beaten
1 c. maple syrup
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, brown sugar, yeast and salt. In a small sauce pan, heat water, milk and 5 tablespoons butter until very warm; combine with dry ingredients.
Stir in eggs and enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
