Lo-Cal Grape Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. unsweetened grape juice
    artificial sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in water.
    Bring grape juice to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add softened gelatin; stir until dissolved.
    Add sweetener and bring to a full boil.
    Fill jars and seal.
    Can refrigerate.
