White Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 dozen large white potatoes
    6 eggs
    1 stick of butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    milk
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes in boiling water with a little salt. Mash potatoes fine.
    Add other ingredients and enough milk to make batter.
    Makes 3 thick pies.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a little browning on top appears or clean knife inserted in center of pies comes out clean.
