    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. bananas, mashed (2 medium to large very ripe bananas)
    1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
