Emergency Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes in bottom of 2-quart casserole and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover with thinly sliced onion and top with milk and butter.
    Spread corn evenly on top.
    Arrange sliced corned beef over corn.
    Crumble soft bread crumbs over meat.
    Spam may be used instead of corned beef.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake 10 minutes longer or until hot and bubbly.
