Coconut-Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 small can drained crushed pineapple
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Mix ingredients all together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 18-inch baking pan for 40 minutes.
    Top cake with any favorite brand of cream cheese frosting.
