Pecan Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. soft butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pecans
3 tsp. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Stir together flour and sugar.
Add butter and vanilla.
Stir up.
Add pecans; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Bake in ungreased cookie sheet at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes until light brown. Roll in confectioners sugar while warm.
