Bearcat Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can onion soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can consomme
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. stew beef
    3 potatoes, chunked
    3 carrots, chunked
    salt
    pepper
    basil or thyme
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven.
    Cover.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
