Dan'S Beer Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup beer
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 egg yolk

Preparation

Combine flour, cornstarch and salt.
Whisk in beer, butter and egg until smooth.
Can deep fry shrimp, fish, onions, etc.
