Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
    bell pepper
    1 can beef broth
    garlic powder
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    green onions
    2 fresh tomatoes
    paprika
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak in strips. Sprinkle with paprika and garlic powder. Cook in oil or oleo until brown. Add green pepper and onions. Cook until glazed or wilted. Add chopped tomatoes and beef broth.
    Cook 20 minutes. Stir in cornstarch with soy sauce.
    Cook until thick. Serve with rice.
