Spiced Blueberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fully ripe blueberries
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. cloves, ground
    1/2 (6 oz.) bottle liquid fruit pectin
Preparation
    Crush blueberries; measure 2 1/2 cups.
    In kettle, combine berries, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
    Bring to full, rolling boil.
    Boil hard, uncovered, 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in pectin.
    Skim off foam. Pour into hot, sterilized jars.
    Cover with wax or hot water seal.
