Baked Haddock Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 lb. haddock fillets
bread crumbs
Preparation

Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add flour and salt.
Stir until blended.
Slowly add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Blend in cheese and lemon juice. Arrange haddock in a greased baking dish.
Pour cheese sauce over fish.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
