Mary Meskausksas' Quick Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 lb. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Mash potatoes thoroughly.
Stir in peanut butter, stirring well.
Add other ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Pour into well-greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Chill well before cutting.
