Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive oil or shortening
    6 tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. flour
    ground red cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a frying pan over a high fire.
    Blend the dry ingredients.
    Roll the tomatoes in dry ingredients.
    Fry tomatoes in hot grease until golden brown on both sides.
