Strawberry Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. strawberries, crushed
    1 egg white
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar (according to taste)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Beat in an electric mixer at low speed until blended.
    Increase to a high speed and beat about 10 minutes.
    Chill.
    A wire whisk may be used instead of the mixer, beating for 30 minutes.
    Serve by itself over cake or over vanilla ice cream.
    Frozen strawberries are not as successful as fresh ones.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
