Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Pet evaporated milk (12 fluid oz.)
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 to 3 or 3 1/2 lb. fryer (cut up)
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine evaporated milk and egg.
    In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. In large skillet, heat oil on medium high heat, dip chicken pieces in egg and milk mixture, then coat with flour mixture, fry in hot oil, turning frequently until done, about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
