Aurora'S Tea Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
1/2 Tbsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Cream together sugar, Crisco and eggs.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Roll into a loaf and then slice.
Make a frosting with powdered sugar and milk.
Spread this over the top of the cookies.
Bake at 325\u00b0.
