Cheese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium or 4 lb. potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 stick margarine, melted
paprika
Preparation

Cook potatoes until tender.
Cool and grate.
Combine all ingredients except margarine.
Spoon into a 2-quart casserole dish.
Pour margarine over top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 about 25 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
Sprinkle with paprika before serving. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
