Crispy Crab Cakes(Low Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen crab, thawed, drained & flaked
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. fat free mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
1 egg white
1/8 tsp. pepper
A hit of hot sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Spray saute pan with cooking spray and shape into small patties and saute on each side until crispy and brown.
