Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage meat
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 envelopes chicken noodle soup mix
1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
4 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Saute sausage, onion, pepper and celery in skillet until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
Drain well.
Bring water to boil.
Add soup mix and rice.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Combine sausage mixture and soup mixture in casserole dish.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
