2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. canola oil
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken pieces
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. apple juice
1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (6 oz.) can pieces and stems mushrooms, drained
