Mock Crab Cakes(Never Near Water Or Ocean) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 eggs, beaten until foamy
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
pinch of salt

Preparation

Mix all together and form into patties or use tablespoon to drop off in skillet with a little oil.
Brown and turn over.
