Tater Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Tater Tots
    10 to 12 slices Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper
    1 doz. large eggs, beaten or 2 (10 oz.) cartons egg substitute
Preparation
    Thaw Tater Tots, crumble about 2/3 of bag into greased 10 x 14-inch Pyrex.
    Salt and pepper lightly.
    Put 1/2 of egg mixture (or 1 carton) evenly on top.
    Lay Velveeta slices over top. Crumble rest of Tater Tots on top, salt and pepper.
    Pour rest of egg mixture (or second carton of egg substitute) on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
