Mountain Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewing chicken
    2 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. sliced onions
    2 c. corn
    2 c. lima beans
    2 c. tomatoes
    1 tsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 c. breadcrumbs (1/2 c. is better)
Preparation
    Stew meat until tender.
    Remove from bones.
    Add vegetables to meat and seasonings.
    Cook until vegetables are done.
    Add butter and breadcrumbs to thicken.
    Serve hot with cornbread.
