Quick Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat in a large skillet, drain well.
    Stir in next 5 ingredients.
    Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cook noodles according to package directions, using 1 teaspoon each of oil and salt; drain.
    Layer half of noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and meat sauce in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, then repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Yields 6 servings.
