Ingredients
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. diced regular or miniature marshmallows
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix the
    milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan and heat to boiling; continue to cook for 5 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring
    constantly.
    Remove
    from heat and add marshmallows; stir
    until
    mixed.
    Add
    chocolate and continue to stir until well
    mixed
    and
    marshmallows
    and chocolate are melted.
    Add vanilla
    and
    nuts; mix.
    Pour into buttered 9-inch square pan and cool
    for 20 minutes.
    (Preparation time:
    15 minutes plus 20 minutes.)
