Tahiti Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked rice
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn/peppers
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. diced celery
2 large tomatoes, chopped (use pimentos sometimes)
2 Tbsp. green peppers, chopped
2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
dash of garlic powder
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover tightly and chill overnight.
