Low Calorie Onion Dip - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
1 c. skim milk cottage cheese
3 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1/4 tsp. chili powder
chopped parsley
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine yogurt and cottage cheese until well blended.
Stir in soup mix and chili powder.
Refrigerate 3 hours or longer to let flavor develop.
