Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. mixed pickle spice
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 lemon, sliced
    2 large onions
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Place shrimp in boiling salted water. Add bay leaf, pickle spice, cayenne pepper, garlic and lemon. Boil for 10 minutes or until shells turn pink. Remove shrimp; peel and remove veins. Cool. Grind shrimp with onions. Add celery and enough mayonnaise to hold mixture together. Serve with potato chips or snack crackers.
